This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. "Remembrance Of Things Present" is not incarceration in a literal, physical correctional institution. The imprisonment described is that of a father sentenced to spend his last fifteen years afflicted by Alzheimer's Disease, and of the son feeling trapped and helpless in the face of his father's condition.
